An important part of this mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible, by offering several payment options. Payment Options Available:

    • Convenient monthly payment plans from Care Credit and Scratch Pay*
    • Allows treatment to begin today and pay over time
    • Available for any treatment amount
    • Can be used for other medical expenses as well
    *Care Credit and Scratch Pay may not be combined for any one service* Additional Policy Information:
    • 50% deposits are required on all hospitalized patients
    • 50% deposits are required for all major surgeries and dental procedures
    • A deposit equal to the cost of exam is collected for the following:
    • New Client Visits
    • Same Day Sick Visits
    • Multi-Pet Visits
    • Exotic Pet Visits

      • Missed Visit Policy
      • After 1 late cancellation (under 24 hours notice) or missed visit, we require a deposit to reschedule future appointments. The deposit will then be applied to the rescheduled appointment. The reschedule must be within 30 days.
      • In the case of a 2nd missed visit, the deposit is non-refundable
      • Lodging Policy: All lodging reservations during our peak season will require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. If lodging is cancelled for any reason a refund may be issued following these guidelines:
        • Full refund – if cancelled up to 7 days prior to reservation
        • 50% refund – if cancelled 7 days prior up to 48 hrs before lodging was to begin
        • No refund – if less than 48 hours notice or if deciding to pick up early
